New RSS feeds

DS now offers more RSS feeds than ever before.

In addition to the global news article feed, each category (e.g. Soaps), format (e.g. News), feature area (e.g. HDTV) and show (e.g. Coronation Street) now has it own feed.

These are advertised where relevant by placing code in the site's header to flag up the availability of these feeds in your browser (look for the feed icon in Firefox at the end of the address bar, for example). We'll also be making sure that the availability of the new feeds is noted on displayed pages in a clear way. (The feeds page, which is a whole bunch of fun to update, will also get an overhaul soon).

Go ahead and try out the new feeds - and please send in your comments about what other things we can do to make it easier for you to share our content. (Look out for news about forum RSS feeds, by far the most-asked RSS-related question we get, soon.)
