Editor (contact)
Neil is responsible for overseeing all content on the network, including three Ps: planning, production and publishing. Neil also handles staff management and the site's creative development, working on new ideas and projects. For the TV section, he pens the Tube Talk blog.

Systems Administrator
James manages Digital Spy's server infrastructure, content management system, design and software development. In addition to his technical responsibilities, James oversees the Digital Spy Forums and the site's digital TV and media coverage.

Business Director (contact)
Alan handles many of Digital Spy's business operations, including liason with the advertising sales team and developing new commercial opportunities. With a keen interest in home entertainment, Alan also produces inside reports on upcoming hardware releases.

Digital & Marketing Director, Hachette Filipacchi UK
Anna heads up the Digital and Marketing divisions at Digital Spy's parent company, Hachette Filipacchi UK. She is in charge of managing the web businesses and setting the overall strategy. She is also responsible for the consumer marketing strategies for all the Hachette brands, including both print titles and websites.
Editorial

Deputy Editor
Dan serves as the site's chief sub-editor and is responsible for safeguarding the quality of articles and shaping the newsflow on the site. He manages the team of entertainment reporters and edits the gaming section.

News Sub-Editor
Beth joined DS from the Press Association in June 2007 as a Big Brother reporter and now works as a news sub-editor, editing and approving news stories during the day. Her fave films are Jaws, Field of Dreams and anything horror-related.

Music Editor
Nick manages the music section of DS and also looks after the often-diverting and occasionally-classy Gay Spy blog. It would take too long to list his favourite music here, but suffice it to say he'd choose Madonna over Bob Dylan any day of the week.

Soaps Editor
Kris is responsible for editing the soaps section on DS, which includes writing news articles, compiling spoilers, liaising with press offices and conducting interviews. He also writes the Soap Scoop blog and enjoys anything postage-related.

Movies Editor
Simon joined DS as an Entertainment Reporter in February 2008 from the Press Association. Along with news stories, he contributes movie reviews and interviews to the site - his fave films being Back To The Future, Being There and Dead Man's Shoes.

Senior Entertainment Reporter
Alex joined DS as a Big Brother reporter in May 2007. He became an Entertainment reporter later that year. His favourite films are Wayne's World and Uncle Buck and his favourite music is anything by Super Furry Animals.

Entertainment Reporter
Daniel started working for DS in 2002, writing TV previews, before moving on to the Big Brother team and producing news content for BBs 3, 4 and 5. Since 2004 he's been writing news stories for the main site on weekends. Daniel is quite a big fan of the Aussie soaps, particularly Neighbours and Out of the Blue.

David joined the DS team in October 2008 after serving time at Edinburgh "it's not what it used to be" University. He reviews music, writes articles and does interviews and lists his favourite artists as Cut Copy, Roisin Murphy and numerous girl groups...

Lara joined DS as an Entertainment reporter in December 2008, after previously working at ITV and BBC. A lover of all things celebrity, she keeps readers up to date on the latest showbiz news. Her favourite TV show is Supernatural and she has an unhealthy addiction to Diet Coke.

Mayer joined DS in January 2009 as a Big Brother Reporter before becoming an Entertainment Reporter later that month. He listens to pop music from the '50s-'00s and his favourite groups are The Velvet Underground and The Indelicates.

TV Reporter
Dan joined DS in February 2009 from All About Soap as a TV reporter. As well as contributing to Tube Talk, Dan also fuels the daily Ratings Roundups service. His favourite TV series are Prison Break and House and he names Wentworth Miller as his ideal celebrity interview.

News Sub-Editor
Amy joined the DS team in February 2009 as a news sub-editor, and is responsible for editing stories, handling newsflow and front pages, and generally making sure things are spiffy enough to appear on the site. When she grows up, she wants to be like the grumbling, gambling, gossiping, gin-drinking legend that is Blanche from Corrie.

News Sub-Editor
Adam joined DS in April 2009 as a news sub-editor. He checks and authorises news copy as well as updating the homepage. A huge fan of indie rock, his fave bands include Coldplay and Bloc Party. He also thinks Seinfeld is the greatest TV show ever made.

Cult Editor
Ben is a freelance writer who joined DS in September 2006 and works on the Cult and Movies sections, providing news, reviews, interviews and regular Cult Spy features. He worships Twin Peaks, adores Depeche Mode and Duran Duran, and his fave films are Blade Runner, Mulholland Drive and Vertigo.

Andrew writes reviews, news and features on the video games industry. Previously, he has produced articles on music and
culture for total:spec, insight, Disorder, Notion and Trespass magazines, as well as social networking website Famode. His favourite games are Half Life 2 and Resident Evil 4.

Matthew produces news, reviews and features for the gaming section, and writes freelance articles at various other publications. His favourite consoles are the Amiga, Dreamcast and PSone, and his favourite game of all time is Metal Gear Solid.

He is a freelance journalist and has written for a number of other sites on a variety of subjects and has also worked in local and sports radio. Despite his mother’s warning that watching too much television would not to amount to anything, he has parlayed his expansive knowledge of showbusiness into a career as an entertainment reporter for the past eight years.

Paul develops the code and database queries across the main website and the backend content management system. One of his main aims is ensuring everything on the site is cached to make pages load faster. One of his favourite games is Civilization IV and his ambition is to become a DS reporter.

Account Manager
Lucy started in October 2008 and is responsible for developing creative and integrated online advertising solutions for key agency clientele. Prior to Hachette, Lucy worked in the digital media sales team at News Corporation in Sydney. She keeps the DS team entertained with australianisms such as "presso" and "this arvo".

Account Manager
Matthew is available for all advertising and sponsorship enquiries, please feel free to spend marketing budget with him. He is into going to gigs, watching movies, and football and so long as these pursuits involve a few beers then life is good.

Steve joined the team from News International in January 2009. Responsible for providing the sales team with key insights and formulating strategies for enticing new and repeat advertising business. A keen Arsenal fan, he loves travelling and aims to visit the world's Top 10 football stadiums - 4 done already!

Online Ad Operations Manager
TJ manages the traffic team and the daily task of keeping the advertising running smoothly on Digital Spy. Yes, she's in charge of the pop-ups. She aspires to be like the heckling Stadler and Waldorf from The Muppet Show.

Chris works in Ad Operations as the trafficker for DS, loading and looking after the advertising on the site. Prior to joining the team, he was the Classified and Insert Sales Manager for Hachette.

Madam Cat is DS's official meeter and greeter, welcoming guests with her massive waving paw. The dazzling sheen of her coat is due to Whiskers and Brasso in equal measure. She enjoys Pussycat Dolls and taught Nicole Scherzinger how to dance in a sexy way.
