Acceptable in the eighties

By
This week, in amongst the Vegas weddings, the footballer revelations, the Oscar noms and the Come Dine accusations (I'm devastated I still haven't seen the REAL Biggins den) we have been venturing out to visit the eighties! Yes, all of it!

Firstly there was a set visit for Ashes To Ashes. Thankfully Neil attended via car not via hostage situation gunshot so he was able to get back within the day. I believe a high point was pretending to be Gene Hunt after falling under his influence during a "lovely chat". See below for photographic evidence. Please note the set lighting which gives almost cartoon-clear shadows!

Continuing the retro theme. Simon "Oscar nom predictions while U wait" Reynolds and Ben "Still upset about a-ha splitting up" Rawson-Jones met up with Linda Hamilton and Daryl Hannah respectively.

Apparently Linda Hamilton shares a little of Sarah Connor's technophobia so you won't be finding her (willingly) on Twitter or Facebook anytime soon BUT, as Simon points out, she will be ready for when the machines take over. Fact. Daryl Hannah was sweet but softly spoken and kept being interrupted by flushing toilets and helicopters passing overhead!

Now, if you'll excuse me I'm off to listen to some Duran Duran and play Pac-Man...
