Live in London and lookalikes

Even though the most recent X Factor series ended three months ago, there's still some interest on last year's crop of contestants. Alex, who runs the Reality Bites blog, is always keeping an eye out for the latest whereabouts of Wagner, while Cat saw most of them live when they performed on The Sun's exclusive X Factor tour at the O2 Arena in London last Sunday as part of the X Factor tour. She even got to meet and take several pictures with them (pictures below are courtesy of her friend Emily).

After stating her perhaps creepy adoration of the boys from One Direction, Cat said all of them were very friendly, even though Wagner was trying to work his sly charm on her and many others of the fairer sex. She gave special mentions to Mary Byrne, Aiden Grimshaw and Rebecca Ferguson, before revealing that her favourite from the day was Cher Lloyd, who sported a flamboyant hairdo.
Elsewhere, Ben Rawson-Jones spoke with film director Tim Burton on the set of the awesomely named Frankenweenie, and Morgan and Chris went to see English author Neil Gaiman, also the writer of an episode of the new Doctor Who series. We can't spill the beans on all the Who talk just yet, but the affable duo both made the observation that Gaiman resembled our very own Mayer. Chris said Gaiman could easily pass off as Mayer's father, while Morgan described him as "Mayer from the future". This got me thinking about celebrity lookalikes: Leighton Meester and Minka Kelly; Kate Mara and JoAnna Garcia; Owen Wilson and... Ellen DeGeneres?
Next week: Alex flies to Los Angeles.
