Clay Aiken to release festive album

Clay Aiken has finally announced plans for a second album this week.

The American Idol 2003 runner-up will release a festive-flavoured CD, provisionally titled Clay Aiken Christmas, on November 16.

His debut album Measure Of A Man has sold over 2.6 million copies Stateside since its release last November, making it the most commercially successful release in the Idol franchise to date.

The new album coincides with Aiken's five-week nationwide 'Joyful Noise Tour'.
