Mena Suvari is engaged to Canadian music producer Simone Sestito.

Sestito is believed to have proposed to the American Beauty star during a recent holiday in Jamaica.

A source told People: "They're taking their time planning the wedding. They are in no rush."

The couple began dating last September after meeting at the Toronto International Film Festival.

Suvari divorced her first husband, cinematographer Robert Brinkmann, in 2006 after six years of marriage.
