Aniston and Mayer 'still friends'

Former lovers John Mayer and Jennifer Aniston are still friends, according to reports.

The pair were spotted enjoying a meal together in New York recently, after splitting in August.

Dining at the trendy Il Mulino restaurant, a source told People.com that the two were getting on well.

"They looked like they were having a fantastic time," said the mole.

Reports last month suggested former Friends star Aniston was desperate to get back together with Mayer.
