Will Young's drag pics stolen

Pictures of Pop Idol winner Will Young dressed in drag were among items stolen in a burglary of his London home, The Sun reports today.

Also taken were "thousands of pounds worth of designer suits" and a laptop computer containing lyrics to a number of new songs the star has been working on.

"It makes Will sick to the stomach," a friend told the tabloid. "The laptop contains songs for a forthcoming album. The big fear is that they will fall into the wrong hands. Songs like these could be worth thousands of pounds to unscrupulous people."

The pictures were subsequently found in a nearby park and two men - unemployed Sharife El-Whabe, 24, and Annis Seddiki, 21 - were arrested and charged for trying to sell the images on.

The laptop and clothes remain missing.
