ITV said that Sky's charges for carriage on the EPG and for conditional access services were "not fair and reasonable," and that the charges were "discriminatory when compared to charges made to other broadcasters for related services."
A Sky spokesperson responded on Friday, saying that the company will show Ofcom "that the charges we proposed for ITV1 are consistent with our regulatory obligations."
