Teri Hatcher has admitted that she is lonely and wants to find love.

In an interview with the Daily Mail she complained that she has been celibate and lonely for too long and now wants to find a man.

She told the newspaper: "It's been ages since I last had sex. Since I'm working long hours, I don't even have time to meet guys, much less get asked out on a date.

"I happen to enjoy sex just as much as I enjoy feeling close to a man on every other level, so there is a definite level of anxiety that comes with being single. I do feel lonely at times."

The Desperate Housewives star split from husband Jon Tenney, father of daughter Emerson, in 2003.
