Victoria Beckham is set to pose almost nude for Tatler magazine, wearing only a pair of Jimmy Choo shoes and some Cartier jewellery.

The picture comes from Four Inches, a book from Jimmy Choo and Cartier in support of the Elton John AIDS foundation, devised by President of Jimmy Choo, Tamara Mellon.

The book will also feature similar contributions from the likes of Paris Hilton, Kate Moss, Sarah Ferguson, Serena Williams and Christina Aguilera. Posh's photograph will appear in the April edition of the magazine, before the charity publication is released in May.

The magazine recently published an interview with Rebecca Loos regarding her alleged affair with Posh's husband, David.
