Drew Barrymore has managed to convince one of her fans not to appear on I Want A Famous Face.

The actress was shocked to discover that a woman was planning to undergo surgery to look just like her, so she decided to take action, according to The Mirror.

After tracking down the phone number of the die-hard fan, Drew informed her, "You're beautiful just as you are."

Barrymore's plan worked perfectly, as the woman cancelled the surgery and pulled out of the MTV series.
