Christopher Walken has signed up to appear in political comedy Man of the Year, Variety reports.

Directed by Barry Levinson, the movie stars Robin Williams as the host of a political talkshow who cynically runs for president. However, an unpredictable chain of events lead him to a surprise victory. Laura Linney will play the head of a computer company which holds an investigation into the unusual circumstances surrounding his win.

Walken will begin work on the project after finishing on Click.
