Very poor menus. Schedule display hard to understand and looks incredibly dated. TV crashes several times a day when hopping between channels.

keeps switching its self on & off in standby mode then you no control either from remote or buttons on side of TV

Yup! encountered the stand-by mode problem. As for the menu controls, I guess you get what you pay for. Here in Singapore it's the cheapest 32' LCD TV i've seen.
