This TV is absolutely outstanding, even the picture quality from NTL was made to look brilliant. Connected up to a progressive scan DVD the picture blew me a way. HD should be the dog B*&^(ocks. On top of this you get free digtal decoder in built. "mussn't grumble"

The tv has lots of features and sometimes the picture is awsome, but othertimes you can see the vertical lines on the tv, but i belive it is the best lcd out there, but as i had a very good panasonic 32in flatscreen before i wasn't blown away by this new picture. I have signed up for hd though and am expecting to reep the rewards than hopefully, but if i wasn't i would go back to my old panasonic withought a doubt.

I can't agree with the comments below. Compared to a 32"Toshiba, the picture is poor. It doesn't seem to cope well with movement from any input - the moving image desolves into pixels and the edges of images are very poor in high contrast/colour combinations - faultly unit maybe?

Had a TX32LXD52 which went wrong after 4 months, and had to take a 60 as a replacement. Picture quality is worse for some reason, lots of noise and blurry. Also sound quality significantly worse, but then there are only 2 speakers compared with 4 on the old model. Only good thing is that the 60 cost me £50 less than the 52 did in January!

I've had the telly for 6 weeks or so and have to say that it is truly excellent. Picture is superb and on broadcast telly shows the quality or otherwise of the broadcast media. DVDs are just crystal clear with superb definition. HD broadcasts are mind-blowing. And the sound is spot on. I think Steve from Dartford must have a duff unit because I can't fault this piece of kit.

Panasonic LXD60, lovely compact TV with a sexy silver swivelling stand, sturdy but surprisingly light design, picture not as colourful as Philips pixel plus especially on colourful DVD’s but the more natural colour tones of the Panasonic is more realistic, no obvious signs of picture lagging during sports which means the picture processing is excellent, excellent digital tuner and 2 HDMI inputs 'wow'. I paid a grand but now for sale at silly prices good hunting.

Having just set this TV up with our Thompson sky box, so far, I am very disappointed with the picture quality. Had a 100hz Sony 32" CRT before this and it knocked the socks of the Panasonic. When watching TV broadcasts of sport, rugby etc, the picture is very grainy and blurred. OK on more close up stuff. Very disappointed. Got rid of a perfectly decent CRT just to be fashionable and feel that I've wasted £800.00. Tried juggling all the settings about, have invested in a £30.00 SCART lead, and still no better. Faulty unit possibly?

Had this tv for 9 mths now and WOW 32 inch of pure beauty , Crisp picture in sd and even better in HD@ 720 . Even when using component leads for the panasonic dvd recorder the picture is clean , dark colours are dark and not grey (play around with the setting by getting a dvd with THX optimizer on it like Indiana Jones ). with its turning pedistal so you can see the tv from almost any angle ,silver and black body . Sound is ok for home but if you want to have all the glory then put this tv with a good surround sound and you will love it great sound and vibrant colours ,2 hdmi for either sky HD or like me V+ and a built in freeview decoder , would i recomend this tv HELL YEAH i even got my in laws to buy the 26 version of it .

There is a figure displayed on the screen which I can't remove from the top left hand corner which displays AV1, AV2 etc. I can't find anything in the manual other than it will disappear in seconds. It does interfere with scores & time on Sky football. Has anyone encountered same problem? Other than the above all other aspects of the TV are brilliant
