Had this for a few months now and hooked it up to a Telewest tv drive with the HDMI output. The HD content from Telewest although limited shows just what a brilliant TV this is. It gives pin sharp almost phtographic images and stunning colour quality. I cannot praise this tv highly enough.

Had ours for 6 weeks now, hung on the wall with it's own speakers no wires showing. It's just great, I am so glad we went for this over the LG, the picture is stunning, NO PROBLEMS WITH LOGO RETENTION. The sound from the speakers is not as good as a 5.1 system but it makes a very good job of it. We have 1 JVC dvd\video combo unit (it' remembers your place on a dvd even after paying other dvd's)we also have a Humax Hard Drive recorder 5-10, a Sony DVD Recorder 7-10 and the Latest Sony Hard Drive \DVD UPSCALER 9.5 -10,connected to the TV BOX, so the cables dont have to go up to the TV. Regarding the Sony upscaler I would have given it 10 out of 10 but it does not remember your place on a dvd if you remove it from the unit. I must agree with Gordon on the tv, I cannot praise this tv highly enough either. So how do I give it six stars?

Had the set since Xmas. VERY good, even with analogue terrestrial TV (unlike some large screens). Teamed up with Pioneer 989AVIs DVD to produce excellent upscaled content. Even looks good from side angle viewing. DON'T buy this one unless you've got a big room to put it in and can sit back a sensible distance. Dual HDMI input will come into its own next week with the addition of Sky HD - which is what this monster was really made for.

Superb - outstanding with SKY HD

Really pleased with the TV although the downside of HD is how poor ITV sport looks! One disappointment was the initial screen retention that we experienced within the first 50 hours or so of watching (Sky Sports Soccer Saturday was the worst offender) but we soon figured out how to avoid this / get rid of it - put snow on the screen for an hour or so. We had the 434 before and didn't experience this with that one. Overall we are very pleased with it and would buy a Pioneer again.

Absolutely top notch. Stuffs all LCD's out of sight. Sky SD looks like HD via scart. BBC HD via Humax sensational. As I have no windows in my cave, I had to turn the power down as it was too bright. Do not agree that a large room is required, as it can be viewed up close if you wish.

Great picture, great features and great looks! I can't wait till I hook up to HD.
