Samsung: SP50L6HX ,wide screen 50" HD ready DLP TV high contrast ratio, I have mine fitted nicely in an average sized front living room. The Samsung has good horizontal viewing angle HDMI connectivity, picture in picture function, good sound, simple install and set up, with 33 kg weight, 1505 with stand.. Had this for about a month and very pleased from switch on, with picture and sound quality. The nice and massive screen makes and shows up lip sync errors as well as TV Lighting, and make up flaws more readily visible, this issue is mainly to do with programme distributor. For HD and Wide Screen, care in this aspect must be born in mind by the programme content providers. This becomes very obvious during commercial breaks for adverts where the high quality of advert is immediately apparent. Samsung makes watching Movies, Nature, Travel, and Entertainment shows, sheer pleasure, giving a renewed interest in TV watching, which hasn’t happened since the days television became colour. Watching MPEG2 DVD’s via PC computer connected with progressive scan playback gives DVD’s, Filmic, cinema experience and is just a whole lot better. Being DLP the Large screen doesn’t attract static dust so the screen remains clean even after a month, and once again I enjoy watching my DVD Movies collection as they were meant to be seen in Glorious Technicolor and Sound.. I have noticed that with current transmission standards even as they are now, that a new dimension and vibrancy is, emanating mainly from Children’s TV Programming to be higher in content and engaging quality. I am pleased with my Samsung Wide Screen 50" HD ready DLP TV.
