First DVD player. Purchased after looking at a lot of reviews and in-store auditioning. Had it supplied multi-region for flexibility. Absolutely no issues. Solid build. My perception is that it delivers an excellant upscaled image (to 506XDE) via HDMI. I measure quality of hardware on the basis of 'does the technology get in the way' - it doesn't therefore, I'm (VERY) happy with it.
