If you want a basic mains powered kitchen radio this could be for you. But: If you want it battery powered this sucks them dry like a camel licking dew off a grape. It's no good as a bedroom radio as the clock won't show while it's off and there's no alarm. Plus loads of schoolboy design errors such as: The tuning dial doesn't turn (Doh!). It forgets all settings if you plug in the mains cord but forget to turn on at the socket (even though it's got batteries in). They solved things like this in consumer electronics 15 years ago. It's just a dissapointment.
