found this mp3 easy to use. however... sound was a bit of a problem as the volume isnt much to boast about... tried 4 different headsets but the volume is not great. a few times this mp3 has froze on me and i had to hit the reset to switch the unit off, thankfully this hasnt happened a lot. this unit is a fair mp3 but could do with the sound being cranked up
