The singer – Kurt Cobain's former lover – has been making serious career plans, part of which is to part with 25 per cent of the catalogue. "It's not a fire sale or anything but I'm selling 25 per cent of the catalogue for quite a lot of money," she told the Sunday Mirror.
Meanwhile, NME.com reports that Love has been in London for the last week developing plans for a new record deal, a TV documentary, and a theatre role.
"I have decided that I need some co-management and a strategic partner as it's such a huge responsibility," she told the website. "This is the right thing to do for my family...whoever I do this deal with, I really have to like."
