This Philips LCD 32" Cineos TV looks great and has worked perfectly for four days. THEN !! a crackling sound has started on broadcasts and the picture and sound is distorted when trying to play a DVD. Basically an otherwise excellent TV has failed on me and a replacement from Comet is imminent!

Wow what a decent piece of kit, got it today, I normally prefer Sony TV's but this has higher specs than the Sony in its range- picture beats my old sony CRT 32 100hz. well pleased. easy to setup as I'm one of the types that hate instructions and only use them as last resort, didnt need to use them at all.

Installation was a sinch.......up and running including cable, dvd and all channels within 10 minutes....... As for the quality, I was gobsmacked......simply amazing. This was only released in Australia this week with a price tag of $2999 but if you shop around you can get it for around $2600. The most amazing quality tv I have seen and I've been in the market for about 6 months. Well worth the wait for this model.
