Aniston and Vaughn "not engaged"

Jennifer Aniston and Vince Vaughn have stated that they are not engaged, contrary to circulating rumours.

An American magazine last week quoted a source close to the couple as saying Vaughn had proposed to Aniston, but there is nothing to the story, they claim.

Aniston's publicist Stephen Huvane said: "They are not engaged. The story is a fabrication. She has no ring, there was no proposal and they aren't engaged. I could not be more clear about this."
