Hollywood actress Kate Winslet has revealed her hatred for film scenes involving sex and nudity .

In an interview for Radio 1 she remarked: "When you wake up in the morning and know you're going to have to go to work and take your clothes off it's the worst day of your life. You feel awful. You feel sick."

She famously posed naked, wearing only a diamond necklace, in Oscar-winning epic Titanic.

The British actress currently plays the part of a young mother who has an illicit affair with her friend's husband in Little Children.
