Eminem - though he never really went away - returns with new single 'You Don't Know', featuring 50 Cent and Lloyd Banks, as well as new Shady Records signing Ca$his. The track's a funky blend of voices and backing, and the rough, angry tones taken by the rappers pound the tune into your head, while at the same time their varied timbres allow you to differentiate between who's speaking.

The quartet have made a clever choice to keep it simple - the steady backing sample stays the same throughout, while the rapping builds up the atmosphere nicely, thanks to throaty, hard vocals and the occasional sound of a smashing glass. As ever, Eminem's produced something clever, slick and catchy.
