A flesh-filled alternative ending was shot for the highly anticipated This Life reunion show, according to one of the stars.

Actress Daniela Nardini, who reprises her role as feisty lawyer Anna, told The Sun: "We shot two different endings. In one I run down the gravel after Miles, naked apart from a pair of heels. But that one is not being used."

The cult drama is returning to BBC2 on January 2 following a ten year gap since the explosive finale to the show's second series.
