I have now installed a new system, however, that should ensure that blogging is more of a regular occurence. All hail the post-it note! Simple, yet effec... no, actually, post-it notes are most certainly not effective. Maybe I just get dealt a duff batch every time, but their stickiness never seems to persist for more than a couple hours - and then, even during their moments of adhesion, they curl upwards in imitation of an undernourished plant seeking sunlight.
But yes, more site blogs are coming.
As I mentioned at the start, DS has been a busy place of late. The hustle and bustle at our Waterloo offices has been of unprecedented proportions.
Firstly, to new staff appointments and a welcome to Nick Levine, who joined us last month as a new full-time entertainment reporter. To find out more about what makes Nick tick, or indeed any of the many DS personalities, head over to the recently made-over Meet The Team page. There are now pictures, more biographical nuggets and a monthly question. Aren't we a pretty bunch?
Meanwhile it's all change over in the cult section, which is now being headed up by Ben Rawson-Jones. We've improved (and are still in the process of improving) the show pages - with spoilers, reviews and in-depth recaps - and launched a new weekly feature, Cult Spy, following in the footsteps of our hugely popular Weekend Spy feature in the media zone. There will also be more news than before and interviews, interviews, boy you're getting some good interviews. Recently we spoke with the big cheeses over at Supernatural and Prison Break - and in the coming weeks we have Doctor Who goodness, including an exclusive chat with Freema Agyeman - the Doc's new assistant - on Monday!
The best has yet to come, though. Next Friday my column Tube Talk will mutate to new levels of greatness. Several new features are being added, including one recently attempted by the bods at Five and another, bigger, venture that is in no way an idea stolen from my
