2260: Leo buys the Baby Diego's a new amp

Ste and Amy worry that Pauline will blab the truth about Leah, but are relieved when she seems unperturbed by their lies. When Sarah picks Amy up for Leah's cancer fundraiser, Pauline is surprisingly supportive and even manages to dissuade Sarah from visiting Leah in hospital. At The Dog, Elliot and Sarah cajole Amy into an interview with a journalist, leaving Pauline unattended to dip into the free Buck's Fizz going round. Amy is called upon by Elliot to make a speech on stage and as she stutters out her mortified thanks to the crowd, drunken Pauline heckles her.

Humiliated, Amy manages to bundle Pauline out of The Dog before she exposes her lies, leaving Sarah bewildered by her strange behaviour. Ste is heartbroken that Pauline would turn to drink again so quickly, but this quickly turns to disgust as she gives him an ultimatum: Leah's charity money for her silence…

Max is determined that his proposal to Steph will not be thwarted again, as they get into their fancy dress costumes for the cancer fundraiser. When Steph almost catches him practicing his proposal speech, he hides the ring inside a hot cross bun, carefully putting the special bun aside from the others.

At The Dog, Max gets ready to take the plunge, but they're interrupted by Niall and Tina, leaving Tom free to mix up all the buns! Panicked, Max races around The Dog, snatching buns back from customers in a desperate bid to find the ring, and is berated by a furious Steph for being jealous when he grabs his bun back from Niall. Max and Steph argue about Niall's intentions towards her until Tom interrupts holding his aching tummy and it looks like Max's proposal has failed again…

Sasha is upset when The Baby Diego's practice for Battle of the Bands is hijacked by Leo, who wants to spend more time with her. Michaela and Josh are amused until Leo spills a drink all over Rhys's borrowed amp, making Sasha absolutely furious. Eager to get back in Sasha's good books, Leo uses some of his winnings from the bookies to buy Josh a brand new shiny amp, winning all of The Baby Diego's over and building a bridge between him and Sasha. As Sasha is overcome with a desire to be honest with her Dad about her recent drug problems, will Leo be able to pull some parenting skills out of the bag to deal with it?

Tina wants her relationship to return to normal with Dom, trying out sexy lingerie to seduce him, but the pregnancy is freaking him out. She confronts him on his avoidance tactics and he's forced to come clean that he finds it too weird that his brother's baby is inside her. And when Dom is attacked by a gang of girls in the Village and has to be rescued by Russ, his bruised ego leaves him feeling more emasculated and inadequate…
