The Celebrity Big Brother star was preparing to perform at the event in Maspalomas when he heard gay group Bearforce1 rehearsing.
He was said to be furious when the band included part of Dead or Alive hit 'You Spin Me Round' in their set.
After claiming that he already wasn't "in the mood for gay fun", he reportedly said: "This is the limit! That's my song! I already hate them, but now they're stealing my song. I'm not sharing with Bears that steal my songs."
An onlooker told DS: "He left within five minutes, despite organisers and one of the Bears trying to make up with him."
A member of Bearforce1 added: "I tried to talk to him, but Pete just turned and hissed: 'I don't want to know you.'"
