The fashion design reality show, which is hosted by model Kristy Hinze, has only had two seasons televised so far.
A spokesperson for the show told The Daily Telegraph that it was "a difficult show to cast", adding: "We haven't engaged in a discussion with the cast members at this stage. We're not in a position to tell if we will go ahead this year."
The series has been surrounded by rumours that Hinze would be replaced by stars such as Megan Gale and Elle Macpherson.
Australia's Next Top Model judge Alex Perry recently said that the show was struggling to keep up with the US version, saying: "With the American version you have that whole country to source people from. It's different over there... it's talent galore."
