Thousands of fans began queuing at 3am this morning to see the US television personality, who is currently visiting Australia with 300 members of her audience to host two special episodes of her chatshow.
One crowd member told News.com.au: "I don't care how long it takes to get in, I just want to see her. I think it's just going to be really fascinating seeing such a global phenomenon making her show."
The first show, which will have an audience of 6,000 fans, began filming at 10am this morning and the second will start at 5pm tonight.
Rumoured guests are believed to be actors Russell Crowe, Hugh Jackman and Nicole Kidman, singer Keith Urban and wildlife warrior Bindi Irwin.
