The 90-minute, one-off episode of the comedy show will take place on Saturday, April 16 and will be hosted by regular presenter Shelley Craft.
According to The Daily Telegraph, former host Toni Pearen will join Craft to present the show, along with guest appearances from celebrities such as Avril Lavigne, Julie Goodwin, Short Stack, Alexis Jordan and Shane Warne.
The pair will reportedly look at some of the funniest clips to be shown on the series over the past 21 years, plus a 'best of Shelley's bloopers' reel from Craft's time on the show.
Justice Crew, who won last year's Australia's Got Talent, are poised to perform their new single 'Friday to Sunday'.
Craft, who is married to Christian Sergiacomi, gave birth to her first child Milla last year. At the time, she described her daughter as "perfect" and joked that she hopes "raising kids will be easier than raising dogs".
