My Kitchen Rules
Two more contestants have left My Kitchen Rules.

Ann-Marie Battista and Nick Sharp, newlyweds from South Australia, were eliminated from the TV cooking competition after failing to impress judges Manu Feildel and Pete Evans with their three course dinner.

The couple prepared whiting with a lemon butter sauce for their starter, which Feildel said was "to die for" and Evans described as "spectacular".

For their main, Battista and Sharp served "beautiful" stuffed veal with a salsa verde, but Evans criticised them for their "undercooked squash" on the side. Their fried custard dessert was described as "pleasant but not [their] best".

Victorian flatmates Kane Lillywhite and Lee Chan scored more points after serving soft-shelled crab, sticky pork ribs and an orange and hazelnut cake. Although Feildel described the crab as "wet", Evans said that their dessert was the "highlight of [their] meal".

After their elimination, Battista said: "There are no words to describe the experience we've had and we thank you very much. To be here is beyond anything I imagined. It's been great."

Lillywhite and Chan will now go up against sisters Sammy and Bella Jakubiak in tonight's grand final after they knocked out Daniela Pirone and Stefania Muscara in Monday's first semi-final round.

At the end of last month, bookies' favourites Kelly and Ash Cooke were forced to drop out of the series after she went blind in one eye.
