Asher Keddie's husband has shown his support for her recent Gold Logie nomination.

The Australian actress, who is nominated for the prestigious television award for her role in comedy drama Offspring, was photographed with husband Jay Bowen at his gig on Monday night.

According to the Herald Sun, Bowen performed on stage with his glam rock band Ten Thousand and was cheered when he said he was "feeling golden" about his wife's big night this coming Sunday.

He also thanked Keddie for specially flying into Melbourne just to support him.

Packed To The Rafters actress Rebecca Gibney is currently the favourite to win the Gold Logie, but other stars in the category include comedian Adam Hills, TV presenter Karl Stefanovic, The Circle host Chrissie Swan and Gibney's co-star Jessica Marais.

Keddie was recently praised for her portrayal as revolutionary magazine boss Ita Buttrose in ABC drama Paper Giants. Buttrose said that she enjoyed Keddie's performance but felt that her impersonation of her lisp was "overdone".
