The radio and TV comedian, who usually works alongside partner Andy Lee, came in first place on a list of the most powerful 250 television personalities compiled by Audience Development Australia.
According to The Australian, Andrew Denton and Packed to the Rafters actress Rebecca Gibney came in second and third place.
Other stars featured in the top 10 included Gibney's castmate Michael Caton, supermodel Jennifer Hawkins, United States of Tara actress Toni Collette and Spicks and Specks host Adam Hills. Lee came in 13th place.
Who Wants To Be a Millionaire presenter Eddie McGuire, breakfast hosts Karl Stefanovic and David Koch, Hollywood star Joel Edgerton and Biggest Loser trainer Michelle Bridges were all named much further down in the poll.
The survey of 2,000 people with TV careers was conducted online. Voters were asked to mark which stars they recognised and state whether they had a positive, negative or neutral reaction to them.
Stefanovic recently won this year's prestigious Gold Logie Award. Gibney was named 'Most Popular Actress', while Blake and Lee's Hamish & Andy's Caravan of Courage: Great Britain & Ireland just missed out on winning the 'Most Outstanding Light Entertainment' category.
Blake and Lee recently revealed that they are relocating to New York to film a ten-part series for the Nine Network.
