Sisters Katrina Chambers and Amie Godde, who have five children between them, were the only contestants to walk away from the renovation reality TV show empty-handed after selling their property for the reserve price.
Polly Porter and Waz Jones won the latest series of the The Block after they were the only pair to sell their building during the grand finale auction.
Rod and Tania Walsh and Josh Densten and Jenna Whitehead have since sold their properties for a profit.
When Chambers and Godde's house failed to sell in the final episode, Godde was visibly angry and said that their four months of hard labour had all been "for nothing".
A spokesperson for Nine yesterday told the Herald Sun that the siblings would not walk away with nothing, saying: "We will be looking after them."
Since appearing on The Block, Chambers has revealed that she has had many health problems relating to her Crohn's disease as a result of being on the show.
