The former Sydney Swans rugby player, who was taking part in the reality television show alongside celebrities such as Pauline Hanson, Jesinta Campbell and Didier Cohen, launched into a tirade against every star on the show including boss Mark Bouris after becoming the first contestant to be eliminated.
Team Unity leader Max Markson was ordered to bring two celebrities into the boardroom with him after they lost a car wash challenge to the female team. Although Markson chose to bring sports star Wendell Sailor in with him, it was Capper who he wanted sacked for not pulling his weight during the task.
In the boardroom, Capper claimed that the series would "plummet in the ratings" if he was asked to leave, adding: "Once I go they're in trouble... they'll be lucky to beat Home and Away."
He referred to model Cohen and So You Think You Can Dance judge Jason Coleman as "two little bitches", also saying of Cohen: "No-one really cares, no-one really knows him."

Capper described Sailor as a "cane toad" and claimed that Hanson found him to be a "threat". Of AFL star Shane Crawford, he said: "He tries to be funny, even though he's not." He also labelled Markson a "bald-headed freak".
After being fired, Capper claimed that he texted Bouris telling him that his show is "going to suffer now".
Celebrity Apprentice airs on Mondays to Fridays at 7.30pm on Channel Nine.
