The male model, who recently revealed that he used to be a "homeless screw-up", was overcome with emotion when he led Team Unity to victory raising money for homeless charity Youth Off the Streets.
Cohen, together with Jason Coleman, Shane Crawford, Max Markson and Wendell Sailor, went head to head with the girls' team in a challenge to create an "art masterpiece". The boys decided to take a black and white photograph of themselves naked, holding hats in front of them.
At the auction of the artwork, Cohen cried as he admitted that he was "stressed" as a team captain, but said that it meant "the world" that so many people put bids in for their creations.
Later in boss Mark Bouris's boardroom meeting, he said: "I've turned my life around. I just want to be an example to [my charity]. I don't want them to see that we fought so hard and we failed. These kids are looking for any excuse not to fight anymore - to just go on the streets and do the drugs.
"I want them to see that if you work your butt off and you do it for the right reason, you can become someone great."
Bouris told him that his speech was "very powerful" and then announced that Team Unity had won the task, raising $55,250 (£36,151) for Youth Off the Streets. Team Ignite, led by singer Deni Hines, came in close second with $47,400 (£31,015).
Polly Porter was fired from the show last week. Tuesday night's episode will feature another elimination.
