Julia Morris has posted a video on her website parodying Chris Crocker's 'Leave Britney alone' YouTube hit.
Crocker became an internet sensation when he videoed himself tearfully defending Britney Spears's much-criticised return to the music scene at the 2007 MTV Music Awards and now comedian Morris has filmed her own take on Crocker's speech, focusing on her Celebrity Apprentice Australia co-star Jason Coleman.
Dance choreographer Coleman's popularity on the reality television series has dwindled since he was accused of "setting up" former teammate Lisa Curry, resulting in her being fired from the show last week.
In last night's school production challenge, Coleman was labelled "mean" and "crazy" by his young spectators after telling guest star Lara Bingle that she was a "waste of space" when she came on stage too early.
A sobbing Morris said in her film clip: "I'm sick and tired of people being mean to Jason. People don't even know what he's been through. He's had to put on 875 shows in the last seven minutes.
"Leave Jason Coleman alone! He's a human. People don't understand. What you don't realise is, his school is called The Ministry of Dance and it's because people dance religiously and it's a ministry."
Morris continued: "People talk about being professional, but I don't care about being professional. When is it professional to bash someone when they're a huge success?
"Leave Jason Coleman alone! I'm not joking, I'm not joking. Leave him alone now. I'm sick of it, I'm sick of it! Leave Jason alone! Please?"
The Celebrity Apprentice Australia continues at 7pm tonight (November 15) on the Nine Network.
