The Australian politician, who was fired by the reality TV show's boss Mark Bouris in Tuesday night's episode (November 15), claimed that she experienced a massive "betrayal" from her colleagues and was unfairly dismissed by Bouris.
Hanson told The Daily Telegraph that she started to believe that she was being "set up" by team leader Julia Morris during last week's P&O challenge.
She said of comedian Morris: "It was those comments behind the scenes, off camera. You don't know what she's saying. She's trying to be funny, but they're not funny, she's really being bitchy. That's how I've taken it and I don't like it.
"I like fair play. I've copped it through politics where you think you've got a teammate with you and you haven't. Behind your back they are knifing you. I don't operate like that. Always be up front with people, don't sink the boot in."
She also took fire at Lara Bingle, who joined the show earlier this week as a special guest, dismissing her as "precious" and "very rude".
Hanson also revealed her belief that Jason Coleman should have been fired instead of her, saying: "Here we have Jason, who virtually led four challenges that failed and hasn't been sacked. I think on quite a few occasions he should have been."
She did, however, say that she was "grateful" to The Celebrity Apprentice for giving her the opportunity to show the "real" her.
