The Australian television personality, who was revealed yesterday (November 16) as the rumoured host of revamped Big Brother when it returns next year, is said to have been offered her own breakfast show in place of Mornings with Kerri-Anne, which is believed to be facing the axe.
According to the Herald Sun, the Nine Network are using both major roles in a bid to lure Kruger away from the Seven Network and her current role on Dancing with the Stars. Andrew Daddo is also believed to have been offered a role on the new show.
Rumours surrounding Kennerley have been circulating for months since she was temporarily replaced by Catriona Rowntree when she went on an unexpected holiday.
When asked if she had heard about Kruger taking over her breakfast slot, Kennerley said: "Absolutely not. They are tossing stuff around. They know exactly what they are doing."
When questioned about if she had re-signed her contract with the station for next year, she said: "I'm not going there at all."
Lisa Wilkinson has also previously been tipped to take over Kennerley's role.
