National Rugby League player Sailor, who was fired from the Australian television series earlier this month, pledged allegiance to former teammate Jason Coleman when he was eliminated, but has now changed loyalties.
Sailor told The Daily Telegraph: "I tipped Jason to win it around when I got fired, but I see a very undermining part of Jason, too. So I reckon Shane Crawford will win it. I just think he's very consistent, he hasn't tried to undermine anyone."
Dance choreographer Coleman's popularity on the reality television series has dwindled since he was accused of "setting up" former teammate Lisa Curry, resulting in her being fired from the show two weeks ago.
In last week's school production challenge, Coleman was labelled "mean" and "crazy" by his young spectators after telling guest star Lara Bingle that she was a "waste of space" when she came on stage too early.
The grand final of Celebrity Apprentice takes place tonight (November 21) at 7pm on the Nine Network.
