The 13-year-old star, who is the daughter of late 'Crocodile Hunter' Steve, will host a new 26-part wildlife-themed game show called Bindi's Bootcamp for children's channel ABC3 next year.
Bindi told the Herald Sun: "I'm so excited to start filming and to meet all of the contestants. It will be great fun putting them through adventure challenges as well as educating and testing them on their wildlife knowledge."
She last presented her own series Bindi: The Jungle Girl in 2007, but production was interrupted when Steve was killed by a giant stingray's poisonous barb while filming his conservation show in North Queensland.
In October this year, Bindi's 7-year-old brother Robert revealed that he will be voicing his own cartoon about wildlife in 2012. He described the show as "awesome" and said that he wants to "carry on [his] dad's legacy" through his work.
Bindi has previously described Robert as "the thinker in the family - just like dad", adding that she feels Steve is "watching over" them all the time.
