The Australian wannabe chef, who has been branded the 'villain' of the reality cooking show, said that she has never previously experienced the nasty comments that various online hate groups have been aiming at her.
According to Adelaide daily The Advertiser, internet users have called Evans names such as "princess" and a "bug-eyed prissy bitch", because of the comments and faces she has made during her time on the show.
Evans has now hit back at her taunters, saying: "The people that go online to say bad things like that are clearly too gutless to say it to my face. They stay in their little dark rooms typing anonymous comments with nothing better to do.
"I haven't experienced anyone saying anything like that when they see me on the street. Most people say I make them laugh and that what I say is refreshing."
Evans has previously said that she would probably "hate" herself too if she was a viewer of My Kitchen Rules.
She added that she does not mind being portrayed as the 'baddie' of the show, because it can only boost audience ratings.
