Manu Feildel has been named as the host of a new TV show.
The Australian celebrity chef, who is best known as a judge on My Kitchen Rules and is currently taking part in Dancing with the Stars, has agreed to front Dinner Date, a cooking-meets-dating series on the Seven Network.
Feildel told the Herald Sun that he wouldn't be playing Cupid on the programme, saying: "I'm not naked with arrows and wings in my back... that would be cute though. I just introduce the show, introduce the people.
"Hopefully they get on and stay together forever. Or they don't."
The format of the show will see five suitors go head-to-head to win one single contestant by offering them three course menus to choose from.
Feildel also revealed that he is "not in a hurry" to get into a serious relationship at the moment.
When Dancing with the Stars first premiered, Feildel was labelled as sexist after claiming that he likes telling women "what to do".
