The singer, who is best known for hit songs such as 'Lift' and 'What About Me', has been tipped to be a contestant in the upcoming season of the Seven Network reality dance contest.
According to the Herald Sun, Noll is hoping that his stint on the show boosts sales of his album release later this year, after he announced his music comeback in 2011.
Footballer Brendan Fevola was believed to be taking part in Dancing with the Stars, but it has since been revealed that his new contract with the Ovens and Murray League will not allow him to participate.
Former breakfast chatshow host Kerri-Anne Kennerley, whose show was replaced by Sonia Kruger and David Campbell's new series in January, is also believed to have signed up for Dancing with the Stars.
Seven bosses are also apparently trying to secure Australian Rules footballer Barry Hall.
Former Spice Girl Mel B was recently revealed as the new host of Dancing with the Stars Australia alongside Daniel MacPherson.
