Athlete Caine Eckman has become the second celebrity to leave Dancing with the Stars Australia.
The professional Ironman scored just 20 points from a possible 30 for his tango, and left the competition along with professional partner Jess Prince during Sunday night's episode (April 29).
Eckman wrote on his Twitter page: "Heels have been hung up and my dancing career is over after 3 weeks. Had a lot of fun each weekend with the crew! Thanks everyone!"
He added in a radio interview with Hobart's Heart 107.3 that although he usually spends between four and five hours training per day, rehearsing for the show was "more intense" than he imagined.
"I've got no technique whatsoever! I hurt my back, it was quite difficult," he quipped.
Eckman said he had made friends with sports star Brendan Fevola and musicians Brian Mannix and Shannon Noll during his time on the show, and added that being on the programme was "a great experience".
Erin McNaught was the first contestant eliminated from the competition last week.
Dancing with the Stars Australia airs on Sundays on the Seven Network.
