The Australian Idol runner-up was forced to withdraw from the competition this week and is believed to have suffered an injury while practising a lift with professional dance partner Elena Samodanova. He underwent surgery yesterday (May 13).
Noll told the Herald Sun: "I'm really sorry that I couldn't keep going in the competition. It's sad that this happened the way it did.
"Thanks to everyone who has supported me and my charity, beyondblue. I'd like the judges to come in and give a score on the doctor's efforts."
Noll reassured fans on Twitter that he will be well enough for the start of his tour on June 28.
Packed to the Rafters actress Zoe Cramond was top of the judges' leaderboard with 28 points out of a possible 30 for her pasa doble, sharing the honours with singer-songwriter Danielle Spencer, who danced a tango.
Rock musician Brian Mannix finished last, picking up just 16 points from the judges for his rumba.
This week's judges scores and viewer votes will be carried over to next week's show.
