'MasterChef' star wants own TV show

Callum Hann has revealed that he would love to host his own cooking TV series.

The 20-year-old wannabe chef, who recently came second in reality show MasterChef Australia, has been spending time with last year's runner-up Poh Ling Yeow on the set of her series Poh's Kitchen.

Hann told Adelaide Now: "It made me jealous because her job is so fun - it's MasterChef without the pressure of being eliminated.

"If an opportunity [for a TV series] came along I'm not going to say I wouldn't consider it. I would have to make sure it didn't get cancelled in the first ep."
