Series one winner Julie Goodwin and series two hopeful Marion Grasby will be among the show's past contestants serving dishes at a pop-up restaurant in Sydney this summer.
Celebrity chefs including Kylie Kwong will also cook at the purpose-built restaurant, which will open on July 3 in the forecourt of St Mary's Cathedral.
"The many fans of MasterChef Australia will be able to come and experience the dishes they've watched being created, and engage with the contestants and the chefs they have enjoyed seeing in the programme," said Kylie Rogers, national sales manager for MasterChef broadcasters Channel Ten.
The MasterChef Dining initiative will benefit the OzHarvest food rescue service, a not-for-profit organisation that takes excess food and delivers it to people in need.
The restaurant will be open between July 3 and 22, serving dinner from Tuesday to Sunday and lunch from Friday to Sunday.
Diners will be able to purchase tickets for the pop-up restaurant from next Wednesday (June 20) via the MasterChef website.
A fourth series of MasterChef Australia is currently airing on Ten.
